This last Sunday I hosted and taught a Primal Move Fundamentals 1 instructor course in Gothenburg, Sweden. It was the 4th PMF1 that I taught in Sweden and it felt really good to share Primal Move with the 7 participants that came from Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Over all it was a really good day and it finished with one of the participants setting a PR in the kettlebell military press by pressing the beast (48 kg) and managing to do one of his longest free handstands ever… and that was after moving and doing Primal Move from 08:30 to 17:20. Really nice to see what good movement does to the participants.
The group was fantastic, moving really well and picking up stuff fast! It is always fun to work with good quality movers!

Here my training for today.
• Barbell front squat, technique training at 60-70 kg, just to get the feeling for the lift.
• Barbell Back squat, 2 x 3 @ 90 kg
• Barbell Back squat, 2 x 3 @ 100 kg
• Barbell Dead Lift, 3 x 3 @ 140 kg
• Bench press, 3 x 3 @ 80 kg
After that I did the work out with the group at Tenacity Kettlebells while coaching them. For me it was all done with a 24 kg kettlebell.
5 rounds of:
• Clean & Press, 3 (left hand)
• Front squat, 3 (left hand)
• Snatch, 3 (left hand)
• Swing, 5 (left hand)
• Clean & Press, 3 (right hand)
• Front squat, 3 (right hand)
• Snatch, 3 (right hand)
• Swing, 5 (right hand)
No rest between between when switching hands or exercices, one round then rest for about 1 min.
