Did my first training session since November 6th today. I had to stop Pavels Total Tension Complex 2 sessions short of completion since our son was born on the 8th of November and since then I’ve had better things to do :).

Well, back to my snatch test today, it was a regular snatch test, 5 minutes, but I decided to do it with double 24 kg kettlebells. I did the snatches with a descent to the the chest like the descent of a double jerk.
These are the numbers:
• Double Kettlebell snatch, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 5 @ 24 + 24 kg.
Time: 5 min
To be completely honest, it was hard, it was an all out effort, as a test should be.
I do not consider this a training session, I consider it a test to set a baseline and to know where I’m at physically.
I did not really know what numbers to expect so I’m happy with the 65 reps, now let’s see what needs to be done to increase those numbers. Time to start programming the double Kettlebell snatch for numbers.
